Scientific / Clinical Research Recruiter
Judge Scientific, a division of Judge Technical Services, which is part of the Judge Group of companies, is searching for Scientific and Clinical Research Recruiters. Our fast - paced, results - oriented work environment provides our staff employees with the challenge they desire. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of scientific or clinical research recruiting experience, strong communications and organizational skills, be a team player, and have a bachelors degree in Biology, Chemistry, Nursing, or the like. Candidates with experience working in a laboratory or clinical research environment will also be considered. As part of their responsibilities, our scientific and clinical research recruiters interact with both candidates and client organizations. They also will work closely with our local branch manager and sales team to grow our scientific and clinical research presence in the marketplace.

Scientific / Clinical Research Account Manager
Judge Scientific, a division of Judge Technical Services, which is part of the Judge Group of companies, is searching for Scientific and Clinical Research Account Managers. Our fast - paced, results - oriented work environment provides our staff employees with the challenge they desire. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience selling a service or product to the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, CRO and Medical Device communities. We have found that our best Account Managers are those that build lasting relationships with our customers. With that in mind, strong communications and organizational skills, as well as the ability to design a business development plan and then execute it are critical. This position will work closely with both our local branch management and sales team to grow our scientific presence in the marketplace.
